Build-in unit REG

Installation of heat meter SVTU-10M gives you real money savings because you pay only for actually consumed heat. However if you have no regulator you can't effectively control the heat received from the supplier of thermal energy.

There is no sense to heat uninhabited rooms and manufacturing facilities after the ending of the working day, at night, on weekends and holidays. During thawing weather when the temperature of external air sharply raises and in buildings it becomes hot also it is expedient to reduce heat consumption on objects.

The regulator on the basis of built - in unit REG will help you to operate effectively by heat consumption. Basing on the information about measured parameters SVTU-10M forms output signals on three configured outputs - two linear potential and one threshold (for control of actuators such as the pump). Each of linear channels is configured by the user independently and can be used as follows:

1. Forming of commands for regulating valves. Regulation is carried out on temperature of temperature measuring channel chosen by the user, on temperature of the return pipeline of the first or second channels of heat measurement or on pressure. At regulation on temperature of the return pipeline the correction of parameters of regulation is available depending on an ambient temperature.
2. Forming of the potential output signals proportional to parameters measured by meter (temperatures, pressures and volumetric flows on 1-st and 2-nd channels). Output signals from REG in this case can be used for operation of various recording devices (for example, recorders).
3. Forming of threshold signals which are results of comparison of any above parameter with set threshold value or with current time. Similar signals from REG can be used for operation of various threshold devices, blocking of emergency situations, etc.

Embedding the additional 3-rd threshold output PRG for control of the recirculating pump is possible.

Usage of built - in unit of regulation REG and " Sempal DM " software provides creation of flexible computer systems for remote control by process of regulation of heat consumption.
