For money saving after installation a heat and water meter the consumer is concerned with continuous trouble-free work of meter SVTU-10M and the additional equipment. However sometimes occurs periodic switching-off of a voltage in power line.

The power backup module provides a filtration of network noise, normalization of a level of mains voltage and also trouble-free work of meter SVTU-10M at periodic switching-off of a voltage in a power line. Connecting to UPS in addition the modem and two drives of regulating valves the operating time decreases approximately in 2 times. During removal of printouts of archives it is possible to connect the printer to a module.

HOW TO CHOOSE UPS MODEL

Many modern UPS models have an energy saving mode. However serial UPS are provided for work with high-power load. If power load is absent or less norms in an operating mode from the storage battery such UPS are switched off. Therefore it is necessary to choose UPS which is not DISCONNECTED at absence of power load (energy saving mode is absent), for example models HOPE series HP-360, HP-550.

SVTU-10М CONFORMITY

Using standard UPS a power supply to SVTU-10М is necessary to submit through a rectifier diode designed for a voltage not less than 400V and a current not less than 100мА, turned on any direction to break one of wires of a power supply. As UPS sockets do not fit with the standard network europlug used in SVTU-10М, it is expedient to make an adapter with the eurosocket for conformity SVTU-10М and to establish the diode in it.
