SEMPAL Co Ltd is founded in 1992. The basic direction of activity of company is development and manufacture of precision ultrasonic heat and water meters SVTU-10М, and also regulators and additional peripheral equipment.
   Having a high reliability thousand heat and water meters of our company are successfully operated in more than 200 cities since 1994 on the most various objects (from apartment houses, schools and hospitals up to the large industrial enterprises, boiler-houses and thermal power station).

Since Aug. 01, 2005 Firm "SEMPAL Co." begins repetition work of temperature regulator RT-10, which contains 1 or 2 completely independent regulation channels. Each of regulation channels can use up to three temperature sensors and mutual for both channels the temperature sensor for ambient air. There are two independent outputs in every channel – analog (for connection of actuator driving gear) and key (for control of circulation pump). Released before regulators RT-01, RT-02 are taken out of production.

Since May, 2005 guarantee period of heat and water meters SVTU-10M is increased for one more year. Now new guarantee period for SVTU-10M (modifications M1 and M2) is 4 years and completely corresponds to a calibration interval.

Now we have an opportunity to connect "SEMPAL" devices in general network through the interface RS-485. It allows to communicate through one modem with several heat meters.

By results of the State tests the 4-year calibration interval of heat and water meters SVTU-10M is established.
SVTU-10M is the first device in Ukraine which has passed the long-term program of tests for increasing an calibration interval.

The release of new heat and water meter modification SVTU-10M (M1, M2) is begun. Overall dimensions are reduced by 25 %, the number of buttons is increased up to 4 and 4-line indicator is applied. The menu of control of the device is completely advanced. Reliability and convenience in operation of the device is considerably increased.

October 25, 2004

The State testing of new modification of ultrasonic heat and water meter SVTU-10M with grade of accuracy 1 % is successfully completed. During testing characteristics of SVTU-10M have been completely confirmed and have displayed a required metrological margin. Further release of two modifications of heat and water meter SVTU-10M of new generation - SVTU-10M (M1) (grade of accuracy 1 %) and SVTU-10M (M2) (grade of accuracy 2 %) is planned.
SEMPAL constantly improves its production. So, only for last year three State testing runs directed on the further improvement of characteristics of ultrasonic heat and water meter SVTU-10M are successfully completed.

The tests of two new variants of supply of heat and water meter SVTU-10M are successfully completed. In addition to nine available variants of supply of heat and water meters SVTU-10M 10-th and 11-th variants are presented for the control of heat and hot water with water withdrawal in hot water supply system directly from supply or return pipelines.

The new version of the "Sempal Device Manager" software (version 2.0.0.1) has released.
In the software version 2.0 there is no necessity in setup of computer modems - the software functionates with modems installed in operational system. The availability to read out some types of archives for one connection to object (without recall) has appeared. The software interface is modified.
