SEMPAL Modular heating unit (MHU) is designed for automatic regulation of the coolant parameters and distribution of thermal energy in various heating and hot water supply systems for residential, public, administrative and industrial buildings.

Equipment installed in the MHU depends on the heating system or hot water supply connection schemes, coolant parameters and heat consumption modes. The main equipment includes control valves with electric drive, pressure difference regulator, circulation pumps, heat exchangers, temperature sensors, stop valves, control and measuring devices, C-11 controller and automation cabinet.

The MHU can be equipped with a SVTU-10M ultrasonic device for recording heat energy and cold.
