For this purpose at first it is necessary to develop the project, then in strict conformity with requirements of Operation manuals to provide installation of a heat meter or a temperature controller in facility and at last to make starting-up and adjustment works and bring devices into service. Further it is necessary to carry out regular service works in facility.
All mentioned above works should be done by the competent specialists having a long-term operational experience in installation and service of control and measuring devices.
