Built-in unit for modem connection (МDМ) makes possible data transferring from meter SVTU-10M to a computer via telephone or radiomodem connection.

Application of meter SVTU-10M with built-in unit for modem connection and control MDM + REG allows to correct the software remotely. It means that user can operatively change algorithms of control of regulating valves without direct visiting objects.

The built-in unit MDM allows to use effectively existing telephone lines for operative communication with many objects located in various parts of settlement. Since MDM allows to set an interval of time during which it will react to external calls, it is possible to use telephone lines for communication with multiple phones.

Meters, which have been united via RS-485, can be controlled by one modem. Length of communication line RS-485 is up to 2 km.

It makes possible to create complex networks for automated control and regulation of heat and water consumption. The enclosed software " Sempal DM " for work in Windows 98/2000/XP, allowing to make the analysis of the information saved up by the meter on a computer and to print out history memory for any time period.
